Network Discovery/IT Systems Audit (Required for new Managed IT Clients)

We will also make recommendations for improvements that will positively affect your business’ day-to-day operations.
Remote Monitoring
During our on-boarding process we will setup monitoring, notifications and alerts for all of your critical IT infrastructure, and implement systems for alert management. We provide Device Monitoring, Windows Service Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, and more.
Proactive Remediation
Our monitors will alert us to predictive hardware or redundancy failure, configuration issues, security concerns, or other system alerts and notifications. We proactively remediate issues, so your business never stops working.
Preventative Maintenance
Installation of critical Microsoft Patches and Antivirus Updates, Regular Security Scans of Managed Equipment, Disk Drive Maintenance, and Third Party Application Updates.
Help Desk Services
Our professional help desk staff will promptly resolve most help desk requests remotely, and when required, our onsite service team will show you the meaning of fast courteous support. All service agreements include unlimited remote help desk support, and a predetermined amount of onsite hours per month. We take care in measuring service performance, and if required we can build custom SLA into our agreements.
Disaster Recovery Planning
As a part of our on-boarding process, we will analyze your current Backup and Disaster Recovery Plan, and make a recommendation on how it can be improved. We’ll include the assessment at no extra charge. If you implement the solution, we will also include a recurring semi-annual review of the plan to adjust for any necessary changes.
